Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using SpeakArabicOnline (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to free and paid features.

2. Description of the Service

SpeakArabicOnline provides online Arabic lessons, practice tools, and related learning content. Selected lessons may be available to try for free. Paid lessons require an active subscription, another approved entitlement, and academic eligibility for that level.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of unauthorized use. For account security, only one active student session is allowed at a time. Signing in on another device may end the previous session. Your account is not permanently tied to one device.

4. Subscription Terms

• SpeakArabicOnline uses one continuing subscription per student, billed at $20/month through PayPal unless a promo or special offer applies. There is not a separate PayPal subscription for each academic level.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel through PayPal or as otherwise instructed.
• After cancellation, paid access continues until the end of the current paid period when that period can be established from PayPal billing data.
• The subscription financially enables your learning journey. It does not unlock later academic levels before you complete the required previous level. Completed previous levels remain available for review while paid access is active.
• Learning progress is saved to your account and is not deleted when billing stops. If you subscribe again, you continue from your legitimate academic position.
• Prices may change with notice; changes typically apply to future billing periods.

5. Refund Policy

Because digital lesson content is delivered immediately upon unlock, fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law. If you experience a billing error or technical issue that prevented access, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account or paid access with others
• Copy, redistribute, or publicly reupload lesson media without permission
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, authentication, or security controls
• Harass others or misuse the contact/support channels
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes

7. Intellectual Property

All lesson content, branding, text, audio, video, and software on the Service are owned by SpeakArabicOnline or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own learning while you have authorized access.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay subscription fees. You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription through PayPal. Upon termination, your right to access paid content ends as described in the subscription terms. Your learning history is retained.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpeakArabicOnline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
